Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 2 March 2026 and concludes at 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 29 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Promoter

The Promotion is promoted by The Grove Shopping Centre, ABN 43 420 472 767, Lot 1037 The Golden Way, Golden Grove SA 5125 (“Promoter”).

3. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, entrants must during the Promotion Period:

1. Make a purchase of $10 or more in a single transaction at any participating retailer at The Grove Shopping Centre.
2. Receive a unique code game card (while stocks last).
3. Enter the unique code and required personal details via:

• an in-centre iPad kiosk (located opposite Cotton On); or
• the microsite winbigatthegrove.com.au

4. Retain the original purchase receipt as proof of eligibility.
5. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Ineligible Purchases and Retailers

Purchases from the following are ineligible to receive a game card:

• Partial lay-bys
• Gift cards or gift vouchers
• Postal services
• Prescription purchases
• Interest-free or instalment payments
• EFTPOS or ATM transactions
• Tobacco, alcohol, fuel
• Lottery or TAB purchases
• Bill payments (including utilities, credit cards, rates, medical and phone bills)

The following retailers are non-participating, and purchases made at these retailers are ineligible: Atwork, Bank SA, Bluewood Financial Advice, Golden Grove Village Dental Centre, The Groveway Medical Centre, Kid Sense, Straight Smile Centre, IMVS, Aussie, H&R Block, Smith Partners’ Real Estate, Carolyn Cole Speech, Feet First Podiatry, Spinecare Chiropractic, Specialist Eye, Village Physiotherapy, and Member for King.

6. Prizes and Total Prize Pool

$10,000 cash, paid via electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account

7. Draw Details

All draws will be conducted by computerised random selection at:

Weekly Draws will take place at 10:00am AEST on:

• Monday 9 March 2026
• Monday 16 March 2026
• Monday 23 March 2026
• Monday 30 March 2026

Major Prize Draw will take place at 10:30am AEST on Monday 30 March 2026.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in both the relevant weekly draw(s) and the major prize draw.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified in writing using the contact details provided at the time of entry within 7 days of the relevant draw.

9. Prize Claim Conditions
10. Prizes must be claimed from The Grove Shopping Centre Centre Management by 5:00pm AEST Monday 13 April 2026.
11. Winners must provide proof of identity and proof of purchase upon request.
12. Prizes not claimed by the stated deadline will be deemed unclaimed.

10. Unclaimed Prize Redraw

If a winner cannot be contacted within 3 months of the relevant draw, a redraw will be conducted at 10:00am AEST on Monday 29 June 2026 at the address listed in clause 7, subject to regulatory approval.

11. Publication of Winners

• In accordance with South Australian lottery regulations, the last name, first initial, and suburb or postcode of all weekly and major prize winners will be published on the Promoter’s website https://www.thegrovesa.com.au/ within 30 days of the relevant draw.
• Details of any unclaimed prizes and redraw winners will also be published on the promoter’s website https://www.thegrovesa.com.au/ within 30 days of the relevant draw or redraw.

12. Eligibility

Entry is open to South Australian residents only.

The Promotion is not open to:

• management, employees, or contractors of the Promoter;
• tenants of The Grove Shopping Centre and their staff;
• agencies, suppliers, or companies associated with the Promotion; or
• immediate family members of the above.

Immediate family means parents, siblings, spouse, and children.

13. Entrants Under 18 Years
14. Individuals under 18 years of age may enter the Promotion.
15. If an entrant under 18 years wins the major prize, parental or legal guardian consent is required to claim the prize.
16. Entrants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when claiming the major prize.

14. Prize Conditions
15. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable and must be taken as offered.
16. Weekly gift card prizes are not redeemable for cash.
17. If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to regulatory approval.

15. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.

16. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, suburb, and image for promotional and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation.

17. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications. Entrants may opt out at any time. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at www.thegrovesa.com.au.

18. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or any prize.

19. General
20. .Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
21. Automated or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
