Barossa Fine Foods is a family owned meat and smallgoods business with four generations of smallgoods making experience.
The first was Great Great Uncle Andreas Knoll who began his smallgoods apprenticeship in 1924 in Bavaria, Germany.
With good competition success over the past 10 years they are currently the courntries most awarded smallgoods maker.
Barossa Fine Foods focus is squarely on creating innovating products using traditional authentic techniques with an extensive product list ranging from traditional products to organic & game products to poultry and a large range of fresh sausages.
Owner Franz Knoll, together with his wife and four sons are working to raise the image and understanding of their craft in order to enrich the experience they give to their customers.
